Economic development organizations should use this website to submit an application to the Rural Community Immigration Pilot or Francophone Community Immigration Pilot on behalf of their communities. IRCC will evaluate submissions to select communities for participation in the pilots. Communities selected for participation will be contacted by IRCC.
